A letter from one of our Scams Prevention Programme Clients
We recently received a moving letter of thanks from a Scams Prevention client. This client detailed the devastating impact that scammers and fraudsters have on the most vulnerable members of our communities. They wanted us to use their letter to raise awareness and help others avoid the same fate.
We are deeply grateful to this client for their bravery and generosity. Their story is a reminder that anyone can fall victim to these crimes, and that we must all remain vigilant. Click on the link below to read the letter...
We have had some lovely reviews from Tracey's Scam Awareness Sessions. We get so many, but here are just two we would like to share...
Dear Tracey,
We can’t thank you enough for your presentation yesterday. It was HUGELY appreciated and I have had so many positive comments. It really is an invaluable work that you do and you have such a good way with people. I will get a donation into the post next week and will send it to the address below. In the meantime, I wish you a really good rest of 2024 and on behalf of all of us at Young at Heart, THANK YOU for the work you do.
Bertie (Pearce)
Leader of The Young At Heart Group, All Saints Church, Crowborough
Good morning,
I would just like to say that I saw Tracey Firth yesterday at The Hub, Rye Hill, who helped me out with a building improvements firm, who I was not happy with. She was so helpful and spent a long time with me, even speaking to the firm on my behalf. Hopefully she has sorted the problem out, and I am now awaiting a full refund from them.
I thought it would be nice for you to hear how impressed I was with her. I have also heard her speak about scams on two separate occasions and she is excellent and very professional.
Kind regards, Jenny.
