The Macmillan Community Information service is based in the Hastings Heart Community Information Hub and ensures that people affected by cancer have access to information and support according to their needs or are appropriately signposted or referred to other sources of information and support.
Open Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 10am - 4pm

About this service

Traditionally Macmillan Information hubs are based within hospitals but feedback from Hastings community has suggested that residents will be keener to access resources in Hastings town centre because the hospital is difficult to reach and parking there is restrictive. The centre is based in Hastings Heart Community Information Hub in the middle of the town, is open 3 days a week, and is manned by staff and volunteers. The centre is a great resource on any issue which may impact people living with cancer and also holds a vast library of Macmillan Cancer Support information. This service covers everything from living with cancer to how to access financial support. The Hub is a drop in facility and people can return as often as they need.

Anyone who is living with cancer or affected by cancer whether that be concerned friends, family, or professionals.
