Providing information is one of the most important things that we do, and we provide free, local and confidential advice for older people, their families and friends, as well as professionals who may be helping to care for older people.
Please note that our Information and Advice Service is not based at our Lewes address.
If you would like to arrange a telephone consultation with one of our advice workers, please call 01273 476 704 between our opening hours Mon - Fri 10:00am - 3:45pm.
If you need general advice outside of our local opening hours, please call the Age UK Advice Line on: 0800 678 1602 this National helpline is open 8am - 7pm, 365 days a year.
