The passing of a loved one is a very emotional time and can often mean clearing a family home. We can work with you to make this process as simple as possible.
Our friendly and understanding team can:
- Place cherished items in a “saferoom” within the property so you can sort through them at a later date before the main clearance takes place
- Collect keys from solicitors or executors
- Complete clearances in your absence if required
- Work with you to develop a plan that works for as smooth a transition as possible
- If you are dealing with an estate as a professional we can ensure that all requirements are met to the timescale and quality you require
Please note: We can only act on the instructions of named Executors within a Will. This is different from a benefactor. If in doubt please call us and we will ask to see a copy of the Will’s first page which you can send to us via a smartphone.
