Zumba Gold Sessions

Zumba Gold is designed to be approachable by all populations, regardless of fitness level. Experience with dance is not required. Moves in class are broken down in a slow and manageable manner. The intention of the class is to move a little and have a lot of fun even if you don't perform each move perfectly.

Our classes are led by Claire Howes who says:
"ZUMBA is for any age, any background, any fitness level, so come on, join my Party."

Our classes take place at the Glen Vue Community Hub on Wednesday mornings from 10:30am until 11.15am.

Zumba costs £6.00 per session for members and £8.00 per session for non-members.
