Paracise

THIS CLASS ISN'T RUNNING CURRENTLY

Paracise is a fun, effective, gentle, 45 minute exercise to music class that flows through the movements, designed to improve mobility, balance and flexibility. There is no floor work and is gentle on the joints.

Paracise runs on a Thursday between 10:00am and 10:45am. It costs £5-00 for members and £7-00 for non members. It takes place at the Glen Vue Community Hub in East Grinstead.
