Zumba Classes
We run our Zumba classes on a Wednesday morning between 10:30am and 11:15am. Lots of fun and gentle exercise to music. Come and join us.

We run a Tai Chi session on Tuesdays from 10am-11am at the Glen Vue Community Hub. Gentle flowing movements to relax your mind and body.
