ParentingU - Parenting and Nurturing skills programme for men
The Fathers We ParentU Programme is a program designed to encourage and support fathers in their parenting role. The program includes sessions that address various aspects of fatherhood including communication, bonding, discipline, and involvement in the child's life. The program offers practical tips, advice, and guidance to help fathers be more effective parents.
The program is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all types of fathers, regardless of their age, background, or experience. The goal of the Fathers We ParentU Programme is to create a network of fathers who can support one another in their parenting journey. By offering a safe and supportive environment for fathers to share their experiences and learn from one another, the program aims to strengthen families and improve outcomes for children.
The programme is led by experienced facilitators who will guide you through interactive sessions and group discussions, helping you gain new insights, perspectives, and tools to become better dads. Have a look at this link. The programme consists of 11 weekly sessions and will take place on Thursdays from 6.30-8.30pm at our community centre. It's free of charge, and refreshments will be provided.
We would be delighted if you could join us for this exciting opportunity. To register, please contact parentdata@parentingu.co.uk or complete the referral form here. Once you have registered, we will send you further details about the programme and what to expect.
