  3. To improve and grow our Befriending Service
  4. To improve and grow our popular Day Centre Service
  5. To be the Voice of older people

Our Supporting Strategic Objectives:

  1. To make sure our staff and volunteers have the skills, the systems, and the organisation they need, so that they can excel in what they do
  2. Raising our profile
  3. To develop a portfolio of new services that empowers older people to love later life
  4. To ensure that the use of Greenford Community Centre facilities is meeting the needs of mixed and diverse communities, individuals and various local groups
  5. To continue to work collaboratively with the Local Authority and relevant agencies to ensure that the needs of older people are met.

Our Staff and Volunteers

  • Our work would not be possible without our staff and volunteers who are well-established and committed to providing high-quality services for older people in the London Borough of Ealing
  • We have over 100 volunteers providing additional support in various roles across different services
  • We are proud and grateful to all our staff and volunteers and we remain committed to ensuring they have the skills, the systems, and the organisation they need, so that they can excel in what they do and continue to meet the changing demands of their work
