Service Aims
We know that leaving the hospital can be daunting. Our friendly team will support you after a stay in hospital and take the worry out of those day-to-day chores while you settle back in at home. Our professional, reliable, and friendly team are flexible and able to help you with aspects of daily living, including.
- Light housework
- Befriending
- Companionship
- Support with shopping
- Cooking
- Correspondence
- Paying bills
- Prescription collection
- Telephone or virtual support calls
How To Access Support
You can access this service within four weeks of discharge. If you are eligible to access this service or would like to let us know about a planned stay in hospital and how to arrange support for when you leave, please contact our helpline on 01302 812345 or send us an Email. helpline@ageukdoncaster.org.uk
