Location: Doncaster
Hours: 21 hours (across 3 days but flexibility can be offered).
Monday - Friday 08.30 – 16.30. Days and hours to be agreed. 6 month fixed term contract, with possibility to move to permanent.
Salary: £23,400 FTE
Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the service provision of Age UK Doncaster.
Main Duties
- To provide full administration support to the Information and Advice Team, including but not limited to handling client referrals including client callbacks, producing and posting letters, updating Charity Log database, filing of sensitive documentation, maintaining client confidentiality and data protection.
- To provide full project administration support to the KIM Team, including but not limited to collating assessment and review packs, producing and posting letters, typing and handling telephone messages, marketing support as required such as printing materials, circulating event invites via post/email and sharing project updates with internal colleagues.
- Support the Community Services Team with general administration, including but not limited to, printing and binding logbooks, printing and collating assessment packs, and producing and posting letters.
- As part of the administration team to act as Receptionist during busy periods or periods of team absence, including handling any routine telephone and visitor enquires, including referrals for services, from clients, staff, members of the public, statutory bodies, processing incoming and outgoing post, maintaining stationery and PPE stock including orders and issuing of stationery/PPE to staff.
- As part of the administration team, to undertake any reasonable duties in line with the job purpose that may be required by Age UK Doncaster in accordance with the agreed policies and procedures of Age UK Doncaster.
