FTE Salary Range: £27,793 - £29,470 per annum depending on skills and experience

Location: Age UK Devon, 1 Manaton Court, Matford Business Park, Exeter, EX2 8PF (Hybrid Working Policy in operation)

About the Role

Our Information and Advice service aims to enable older people to make informed decisions in order to support their independence and make more of later life.

Our Information and Advice team deliver a holistic telephone service to older people, their carers, friends, relatives and professionals. Providing clear and accurate information on a huge variety of issues including, health and social care, welfare benefits and local services.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with older people and an understanding of the health and social issues affecting them. An understanding of the welfare benefits applicable to older people is essential as is the ability to work in a positive, person centred and holistic way with good attention to detail and problem solving skills. Previous experience of using a CRM database is desirable but full training will be given.
