Connect your Mind and Body with Age UK Devon’s Newest Activity Tai Chi QiGong

Age UK Devon are excited to be launching Tai Chi QiGong for those over 50 in Tiverton and surrounding area to improve physical health and boost wellbeing through gentle movements.
Tai Chi QiGong is for all abilities with a focus on improving strength, flexibility and balance while relaxing the mind and lowering stress.
Age UK Devon’s Tai Chi QiGong sessions will start on Thursday 20th February from 12.30pm until 1.30pm at Exe Valley Leisure Centre in Tiverton. A free taster session is being held by Age UK Devon on 6th February from 12.30pm until 1.30pm at Exe Valley Leisure Centre for anyone over 50 who would like to find out if this activity is for them.
