NHS Devon's Long Covid Survey

Have you had symptoms of Covid-19 that have lasted more than 12 weeks? Whether you have sought medical help for your symptoms or not, the NHS want to hear from you about your experiences!
Since 2020, Covid-19 has been affecting people in the UK across all ages, geographies and walks of life. In some instances, people’s symptoms last for weeks and months, known as “Long Covid”, which can have a real impact on people’s lives. The NHS know however, that many people are not actively seeking support for their symptoms.
NHS Devon wants to ensure everyone with Long Covid receives high quality and accessible treatment and to do this they want to understand two things:
- Why people do not seek support when then have symptoms of Long Covid.
- How they can improve the services currently available to treat Long Covid.
The questions in this survey will help NHS Devon to understand these two things. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will be completely anonymous. Your feedback will be used to consider how they can improve the way services are currently provided.
