About Age Cymru West Glamorgan

We are a local charity providing a range of services to our clients, families and carers across the Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend areas promoting wellbeing, helping people to age well and live independently.

Role Description

This crucial role will enable us to measure the impact of our work. By liaising with staff, volunteers and our clients themselves you will ensure that we are delivering the highest possible standard of service and putting our client’s voices at the heart of our work. You will be instrumental in showing the impact of our vital work and ensuring we deliver quality assured and truly person-centred services.

Location: Cwmdu, Swansea

What will you do?

  • Maintain the high standards our clients expect from us.
  • Communicate with our clients and listen carefully to their feedback.
  • Facilitate the continuous assessment and improvement of our services.
  • Help us to remain compliant with the respected quality marks we have been awarded and help us achieve further recognition.
  • Share your insight with the Trustees and the Leadership Team.

 

What will you gain?
