We warmly invite all Veterans aged 50+ living in Powys to join the Camaraderie Club – a new telephone social group run by Veterans for Veterans.

What does the Camaraderie Club offer?

Veteran-to-Veteran Club

The Club is a telephone group set up by Powys Veterans specifically to chat with other Veterans living in Powys.

Reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and be part of a great community.

Calls last up to an hour and can be focused around a shared topic of interest or simply conversational.

You can enjoy having some company, hearing familiar voices, sharing whatever is on your mind and swapping tales of times in the Forces.

How can I join the club?

We will call you at a regular time once every fortnight and you will be joined to a small group of Veterans talking together on the telephone.

A facilitator from Age Cymru Powys manages the call and welcomes everyone who joins.

No technology or equipment is needed – just a landline or mobile phone. We call you, so the calls are free of charge.
