Meals at Home

Age Cymru Gwynedd a Mon provides 200 meals to those in the community every week. This enables people who are self-isolating to have a nutritious meal, including meat of choice and vegetables, every day if they wish. We provide food locally to Caernarfon and the border, and also take a few days to Amlwch in Anglesey. So if you know someone who would benefit from this service let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you, or refer you to someone else in your area.
