Gift Box Appeal

We’re really excited our Gift Box Appeal is back in 2022

We’re asking you to fill a wrapped shoe box with gifts in our aim to help make this Christmas a little brighter.

Christmas can be a lonely time for many older people who have no close family to visit over the festive period, we hope that having a gift to open may make a huge difference. Your amazing gift boxes will be delivered to our clients who live in Gwynedd or Anglesey and receives services from ourselves.

How you can help

• Find a shoebox - Wrap the box and lid separately in Christmas paper, or you can use a festive pre-printed box
• Fill with gifts - see our suggestions below (list is not exhaustive)
• Attach a label marking whether your gift is for a male, female or generic
• Please don't include personal information about yourself.

Our drop off points are as follows:-

Age Cymru Gwynedd a Mon, Y Cartref, Bontnewydd, Caernarfon, Gwynedd LL54 7UW
(Monday – Friday 9:00am -4:30pm)

Hafan Café, Deiniol Road, Bangor, Gwynedd (by the bus stop)
(Monday to Friday 10.00am – 2.30pm)  

Llangefni Shop, 24 High Street, Llangefni, Anglesey LL77 7NA
(Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm)

Porthmadog Shop, 77 High Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd, LL49 9EU
(Monday to Saturday 9am to 3pm)
