Would you like to become an Age Cymru Dyfed Trustee?
We're looking for dedicated, passionate people, of all ages, with a range of professional and life experience, to join the Age Cymru Dyfed Board of Trustees. Register your interest to find out more, see details below.
Whether you're an experienced Trustee, have a particular expertise or interested in helping older people we would like to hear from you. Your commitment to the charity will be to attend four Trustee Board meetings a year, contribute to the charity's strategic planning and attendance at ad-hoc meetings specific to your skill set. Meetings are usually held virtually, but sometimes face to face. Having experience in one or more of the below areas would be a bonus:
- finance
- clinical
- social care
- fundraising
- legal
- charities
About us
We are a local charity dedicated to supporting older people in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and Carmarthenshire to live better lives. Our mission is to enable people aged 50+ to maintain their independence and stay in their own homes through a variety of services and programs. We also help create and maintain social connections to combat loneliness and promote mental well-being and additionally signpost clients to other local services that can provide additional support and resources.
