Digital and Telephone Befriending Volunteers needed in the Lampeter area to help +50s with their digital tech:
 
  • Using a smartphone
  • Navigating a tablet
  • Sending emails
  • other digital skills!
Telephone Befriending Volunteers needed across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, and Ceredigion to support people aged 50+ who may be feeling lonely or isolated.
 
  • A simple phone call can make a world of difference!
  • Provide friendly chat and companionship
  • Help reduce loneliness and social isolation
  • Flexible commitment, an hour or two a week
  • Full support and guidance provided
