Team Connecting Carmarthenshire on the Road!

Connecting Carmarthenshire is Age Cymru Dyfed’s service for older people and adults with physical disabilities has been out on the road this month, meeting members of the community to let them know about the available support in Carmarthenshire.

Older people (over fifty) and adults with physical disabilities meeting our friendly helpful team members have been getting the lowdown on how the Connecting Carmarthenshire project can help them directly across the county.

Help available includes assistance sourcing services and gaining access to services on your doorstep.This new project began rolling out on the ground in June and it was time to spread the word to local communities.

Connecting Carmarthenshire team members spent time in the town centres of Ammanford, Carmarthen, Llandeilo and Llanelli. If you missed them, you can get in touch below.
