Exciting News: Age Cymru Dyfed Has a New Digital Project

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Digital Project, generously funded by Moondance. This exciting initiative is now underway and will allow us to expand our digital services in South Ceredigion, helping us support even more people in the community.

Our dedicated Digital Champions are ready to make a difference:

Dan Bartlett will be covering both North Pembrokeshire and South Ceredigion, working full-time, five days a week.
Tom Robson will be focusing on North Ceredigion, bringing his expertise to the area.
We’re looking forward to seeing the positive impact this project will have and are excited about the new opportunities it will bring for those we support.

Collaboration with Adferiad Care
Our Digital Team is teaming up with Adferiad Care to deliver a digital session for their carers' group at The Plough, Llandeilo, on 15th January.

NHS Digital Steering Group
On 27th January, our Digital Team and Veterans Team will be speaking at the NHS Digital Steering Group. They’ll share insights about their projects with representatives from the NHS and third-sector organisations.
