Our Information & Advice team working within the Connecting Carmarthenshire project will be out and about in Carmarthenshire and invite you to drop by our information stands across July. 

Connecting Carmarthenshire is a support service based in West Wales funded by Carmarthenshire County Council. The service offers free advice and support to people living across Carmarthenshire, Age Cymru Dyfed is here to provide information and support to older residents and adults with physical disabilities.
