We are seeking a Home Support Worker to provide a home support service of high quality and standard to clients aged 50+ living in Dyfed, reporting to the Age Cymru Dyfed's Byw Adref Manager.

The role involves being out in the community (client’s home) with variable & flexible hours around employee’s availability. Age Cymru Dyfed provides a support service to clients aged 50+ in their own homes when they are no longer able to maintain their home to the standards they would like. Provision of this service is delivered to meet the client’s needs and at an affordable cost.
