- Wednesday, August 7, Carmarthen Hwb, 10am-2pm (and every 1st Wednesday in the month)
- Thursday, August 8, Llanelli Hwb, 10am-1pm and every 2nd Thursday in the month)
- Friday, August 16, Black Mountain Centre, Brynamman, 10am-2pm
