Seeking a New Befriending Life Links Coordinator

Our Befriending Life Links Project at Age Cymru Dyfed is seeking a part-time Carmarthenshire Coordinator to be based at our Llanelli Office.

This role involves travel throughout Carmarthenshire and daily coordination of our Befriending Life Links project in the county. Other duties involve liaising with external agencies to identify potential social inclusion opportunities and coordinating one-to-one befriending support for clients.

Befriending Life Links Carmarthenshire Coordinator
Based in our Llanelli Office
Salary: £19,329 actual (£22,550 FTE)
Hours: 30 hrs per week Monday - Friday

Travel throughout Carmarthenshire will be required. We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working and experienced Coordinator to join our charity at an exciting time in its development.

You will be committed to the daily coordination of our Befriending Life Links project in Carmarthenshire. Liaising with external agencies to identify potential social inclusion opportunities as well as coordinating one to one befriending support for our clients.
