Age Cymru Dyfed is an independent age-friendly charity that serves the people of West Wales. We are here for older people when they need us. The key objective of Age Cymru Dyfed is to develop and deliver high-quality specialist support services and interventions for primarily older people and their families both at home and in the community.
More than ever before, older people are facing some of the hardest challenges. Some in poverty can’t get the basic care they need to live with dignity. We are here to help or support them – loneliness is a daily struggle and helping those in their later lives to enjoy an independent life is our mission.
