Enhancing the health and wellbeing of older people living in Croydon care homes and the wider community.

What is the Live Love Later Life Service?

We provide a range of health and wellbeing sessions to Croydon care homes with a focus on falls prevention and improved mobility. We also provide online exercise sessions.

How can the service help?

Live Love Later Life promotes physical and mental wellbeing by addressing some of the preventable risk factors that contribute to ill health, falls and immobility.

We do this by providing a range of sessions such as:

• Seated and standing exercise
• Healthy joints session
• Health and wellbeing talks
• Assessing progress

Our sessions are delivered in care homes or online.

Who can register for Live Love Later Life?

All Croydon care homes are welcome to make an enquiry regarding our service.

All Croydon residents can join the online sessions once they have completed a health questionnaire.
