Join our Healthier Lifestyles team for in-person and online chair-based exercise classes, to get fit and have fun!
At our classes you can expect:
- Seated exercises (with optional standing)
- A focus on muscle strength
- Exercises to improve or maintain aerobic fitness and mobility
- Resistance band and all instructions provided
