Creating Conversations Cafe

Published on 01 November 2019 04:37 PM

Age UK Croydon will be hosting a Creating Conversations Cafe on behalf of our partners, St. Christopher's Hospice, on Tuesday 12th November between 1.15 - 4.00pm at Scratchley Hall.

Creating Conversations in Croydon is a programme of talks, workshops and seminars that break down the silence around death and give you a voice to start thinking, talking, planning and recording your wishes.

Join us for a free afternoon tea (with home-made cakes), and hear from Jeannie Grant, Clinical Facilitator at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, who will be speaking about how care is coordinated at the end of life. This will be followed by friendly table discussions and a chance to think about what this means for you.

To book please contact Carol Trower at c.trower@stchristophers.org.uk or on 07753 460437. You can also book via the sign-up sheet in the foyer at Scratchley Hall.
