Age UK Croydon is committed to providing high quality support and services. In order to do this, Age UK Croydon actively seeks feedback from clients, supporters, members of the public, partner organisations and staff.
The feedback we receive through comments, compliments, complaints and suggestions allows us to develop areas of good practice and to identify and address areas where we need to be better. It gives you the opportunity to influence services and activities and make improvements.
If you wish to pay a compliment, provide a comment or would like to make a suggestion, or are unhappy about any aspect of our work and wish to make a complaint, you can do so in a number of ways:
