Volunteering for our charity retail operation means you will be helping to make the world feel a better place for someone locally.

- Maximise income through benefit entitlements.
- Improve quality of life.

We have a variety of roles within our charity retail operation, from customer facing roles, to merchandising to helping our ecommerce team, we have a role to suit everyone.
Customer Facing Volunteer
Our Customer Facing Volunteers assist customers and provide excellent customer service. In this role, you will typically be helping out on the tills, shop floor, with Gift Aid and general housekeeping.

Behind the Scenes Volunteer
Our Behind the Scenes Volunteers assist in the receiving, sorting, pricing and preparing of stock for sale. The Behind the Scenes volunteers help with things such as sorting and pricing, steaming the clothes, dressmakers and tailors and PAT testers.

Visual Merchandiser Volunteer
Our Visual Merchandisers merchandise stock and ensure the shop looks visually appealing. This can be through things such as dressing our windows, keeping our bookshelves fresh and up-to-date or keeping our clothes looking fashionable.

Community Volunteer
The role of our Community Volunteers is to assist the shop teams in the smooth running of the shops. Helping to generate vital income for the charity through our network of shops, whilst helping to divert usable items from the waste stream.
Our Community volunteers assist in supporting our shops access everything they need to operate.

As part of our E-commerce team, you will help to support the development of our E-commerce platforms, generating maximum income for the charity through online sales.
