BBC CWR interview on new Nuneaton shop for Age UK Coventry and Warwickshire

Published on 20 June 2024 10:22 AM

Head of Retail, Asher Deakin, was interviewed live by Vic Minett on BBC CWR about Age UK Coventry and Warwickshire's brand new retail shop opening in Nuneaton.

Asher says 'This is going to be our largest store to date, where people will be able to find pretty much everything they need. From clothes, electricals to books, entertainment and furniture. We are super excited as it has been months in planning!'

Job vacancies, volunteer opportunities and plenty of stock donations are required. Age UK Coventry and Warwickshire are taking on volunteer applications for their new shop already and urge people to send in donations. There will also be volunteer taster days at the end of August for people who would like to see what volunteering is like before committing weekly.
