Information and advice is one of our key services

We help people make sure they are receiving the correct income and benefits, help with advice about living in their home and make sure people are making full use of the services available to them

We help people to exercise their rights and entitlements and to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Our fully trained staff team provide free and impartial advice and information on

  • benefit checks
  • disability benefits
  • lasting power of attorney
  • financial capability
  • money, tax, legal topics, health, community care, housing, accommodation, transport, heating, leisure and education

We can arrange for one of our specially trained staff to assist with a benefit check and help you to claim your rightful benefits.

Disability benefit entitlements: If you are struggling due to a long term illness or disability you could be entitled to extra money. Disability benefits are not means tested so your income and savings do not affect your eligibility.
