Robson Green's Weekend Escapes

We just wanted to let you know that Age UK County Durham have been mentioned on the Robson Green Weekend Escapes episode that was on BBC Two earlier this week. Robson's programme (Series 3, Episode 12) included Janette Manrara (from Strictly Come Dancing) focussed on activities and places of interest across County Durham. 

Robson and Janette caught up with Gareth from H20 Riders, which is based at Witton Castle.  Gareth talked about the watersports sessions we ran last summer - it was great to hear us being mentioned on TV!
