There are three Age UK Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly Community Hubs - St Austell, Falmouth and Newquay. We also offer services in Truro & the surrounding areas, contact us to find out how we can help.

A Warm Welcome

Come along to our Falmouth Community Hub, where we provide a wide range of support that improves your health and wellbeing. You could learn a new skill, from arts and crafts to I.T. Or you could participate in our weekly music to movement and seated armchair exercises. We have fun with music, from singalong to enjoying a wide variety of entertainers and performers. You can also test your metal with regular quizzes, games, and more - we have everything you need to keep you active.

There is a lovely accessible sensory garden, which can be enjoyed by all - we can even help you get involved with gardening tasks.

Our additional services include:
Hairdressing.
Reflexology/Indian head massage, and other holistic therapies.
Chiropody (only for day hub attendees).
We offer a fully supported shower and can assist with personal care.
We offer a carer's break, where you can drop off a loved one and know they will be fully supported and cared for.

On top of this, you can enjoy a fantastic home-cooked lunch and yummy sweet treats on arrival.

You Matter

We can also provide transport to and from our hubs, and a wide range of trips that put the person at the centre of everything we do. Our belief is that each person must be supported to live the life they want, to the best of their abilities.
