Who we are

We are a small, friending service supporting Falmouth, Penryn, and the surrounding village
We rely on support from Falmouth Community Hub, Age UK Cornwall, and our brilliant team of volunteers - helping people to remain socially connected.

Volunteer Befriending

Isolation and loneliness in the community can negatively impact our health and wellbeing. One to two hours a week of your time can help and make a big difference in local communities. You can become a Volunteer Befriender today, and help a person feel less alone - and make a lasting connection that will change both of your lives.

We carefully match our volunteer befrienders with our clients, providing social interaction and friendship to anyone who is isolated or lonely, for about an hour each week. We are searching for more Volunteer Befrienders, and if you can give an hour or two a week, please contact us.

All Volunteers are DBS checked, full training is provided.
