Responsibilities

Hub Support

  • Provide person-centred support for hub clients in accordance with their care plan and individual wishes.
  • Facilitate activities responsive to individual needs.
  • Assisting the Hub Manager with day to day running requirements of the hub.
  • Complete and review holistic assessments, care plans and risk assessments

Cleaning

  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment
  • Clean all assigned areas of the building
  • Clean and store materials safely
  • Work within Health & Safety regulations

Our Active Living service offers support to people within their own homes or our Community Hubs. Our client’s continued wellbeing is paramount at all times so with consideration and compassion to their health needs, you will deliver assistance in accordance with their individual wishes. The service is diverse and covers aspects of practical and companionship support to our clients, home / domestic support; such as cleaning, shopping and gardening, along with much-needed activities or home administration; tailored to meet the individual needs of the clients. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check with Adult Barred list check and undertaking necessary training.

Reports to: Hub Manager

Place of Work: Falmouth Hub, Killigrew Street, FALMOUTH, TR11 3QP

Salary: £8,517.11 per annum (£24,241 pro-rata)

Hours of Work: 5 hours of Hub Support on Friday (9am - 2pm) and 8 hours of Hub Cleaning over a 5-day week, following an agreed working schedule.
