We have attached the Year 1 Infographic for the Community Gateway, highlighting the incredible impact it made for individuals and communities across Cornwall.
We are so proud of the Community Gateway teams and our partners who have been on this journey with us, we are delighted to be part of it with you.
The last year, has demonstrated that we are stronger as a sector when working together. We are able to better share resouces, provide a wider range of services and activities, and help more people to access the support they urgently need.
