Paul's Story was provided by, Sylvia Penhaligon, Age UK Cornwall Social Prescribing Link Worker.
Paul was struggling with his mental health and had troubles at work - following several conversations and 1-1 visits, Sylvia identified that Paul's case was much more complex. Sylvia supported Paul and built a strong support network to help him take greater control of his life and improve his general well-being.
