A Collection of Stories from the Community Gateway

The Community Gateway launched on November 1st 2022 in response to increased living costs and pressure on the health & care system. It provides a single point of access for services and support in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The following collection of stories highlights the impact of the Gateway and the wide range of support it provides. Each story starts with a conversation and focuses on the individual and their needs.
