Today, we are joined by Matyas Gayer. Matyas is a London-based Hungarian jazz pianist and music educator, one of the founding members of the MaTam Jazz Trio, who played the very first Age UK Camden lunchtime recital back in February. Matyas' music is hugely influenced by the likes of Barry Harris, Tommy Flanagan and Hank Jones. The songs he recorded for the online recital are songs mostly from the Great American Songbook.
