Voluntary Treasurer
We are seeking to recruit to the role of voluntary unpaid Treasurer for our Charity’s Board of Trustees.
Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is an independent charitable organisation which exists to improve the quality of life for older
people in the county.
The ideal candidate will bring financial expertise and a commitment to supporting our charity’s mission. They will hold responsibility along with our Chief Executive and Chief Finance Officer for maintaining financial oversight, participating in the Finance & General Purpose Group and advising on matters related to financial health and performance.
The expected time commitment for this role is one day per month plus attendance at quarterly Board meetings, quarterly finance group meetings and occasional input on other related matters as needed.
This is a voluntary role, but expenses can be re-imbursed.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake Disclosure and Barring Service check at an ENHANCED level and references will be requested.
