Come to the FAB Tech meetup Café

Our FAB service is aimed at connecting people over 50s with their communities and the wider city life. FAB run several meetup cafes across Bristol, including the Tech Cafe in Bishopston. Every cafe is different, and so far the cafe at Boston Tea Party is the only one focused on tech. Attending the cafe is free, but you will need to buy your own refreshments.   

John is a regular and joined the Tech Café after it was suggested to him by a friend who knew he was having some problems with his laptop. John said, “There, I found people willing to sit with me and patiently help. The volunteers were welcoming and helped sort out whatever it was that I was having trouble with. It was a very friendly, informal atmosphere. If you're wrestling on your own with an irritating tech problem, give the Tech Café a try - they're good company too!”  

The FAB Tech Cafe is looking to welcome more people who would like help with their tech. 

The Bishopston Tech Café takes place every Tuesday from 2.30pm – 4pm at the Boston Tea Party, 293 Gloucester Rd, Bishopston, Bristol, BS7 8PE.
