To help you stay safe we wanted to highlight that we don't knock on people's doors without prior arrangements, or cold call, and people will know in advance if we are delivering anything to their house.

The Little Book of Big Scams jointly produced by West Yorkshire Police, Trading Standards, the Office of the Police and Crime Comissioner West Yorkshire and Age UK Calderdale & Kirklees outlines various scams in operation and provides help and advice
