Join us at one of our Memory / Carers Connect Communities - providing opportunities to meet with others alike, share an interest and adapt to changes brought about by memory loss.
Is there a cost?
There is a small cost of £2.00* per person for each of our Connect Community activities.
*Optional cost for raffle ticket purchases or day trips/events, should they occur.
