  • Walking Groups

    Our Walking Groups are the perfect activity for gentle exercise. If you enjoy walking, call us today to sign up! You will have the opportunity to make new friends and exercise, all while enjoying the beautiful Dorset scenery.

  • Yoga

    A low impact exercise that helps to develop your strength and flexibility. Practicing yoga regularly has been proven to improve a range of illnesses. 

  • Chair Yoga

    A lower intensity chair based exercise class tailored specifically to over 55s.

  • Pub Clubs

    For those that still enjoy going to the pub to socialise and have something to eat, we will pick you up from home, take you to the pub/ restaurant where you can enjoy a meal with friends, and then drop you back home. We go to various pubs across Dorset so you will get to see some scenery whilst you are on your travels.
