Our intermediate Strength and Balance class.
In Stay Strong Stay Steady, most exercises are performed standing. The class aims to reduce the risk of falls, improve heart health, and assist people in managing ongoing health conditions.
The class is suited to individuals who are active enough to engage in low intensity activities at a comfortable pace - for example, walking for 20 minutes at a moderate pace without needing to take a break.
