Our Strength and Balance team offer a wide range of classes for different abilities, to help everyone stay strong and steady for longer. They are fully qualified to deliver sessions for a range of health conditions, enabling people to exercise safely and confidently.

How do I sign up to Strength and Balance?

All new clients must submit an Application Form, which you can find below. This is to assess your general health, activity levels and goals so we can place you in the class which is right for you.

Once you have submitted an Application Form, a member of the Strength and Balance team will be in touch with you to enrol you into the most suitable class.

In the meantime, please feel free to take a look at our Strength and Balance timetable to see which classes we have on offer.

Can health professionals refer a client to Strength and Balance?

Yes, you may refer a client to Strength and Balance if you are a health professional and your client is based in Bolton. Please submit a Referral Form below to refer a client.
