Having a diagnosis of dementia can be difficult to cope with both in terms of dealing with the symptoms of the disease itself and navigating the support that is available. Our Wayfinder service offers a designated point of contact to anyone who has a dementia diagnosis and their carers offering help and support at each stage of the journey. Our trained staff will help you to live well with dementia, can offer guidance on accessing the care system, along with support for carers and are on the end of the phone as a listening ear.
